Far Cry 4 is a 2014 first-person shooter game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is the sequel to the successful Far Cry 3 and the fourth installment in the critically acclaimed Far Cry series. Players take on the role of Ajay Ghale, a young American who travels to the fictional Himalayan country of Kyrat to fulfill his mother's dying wish. Upon arrival, Ajay is caught in the middle of a civil war between the tyrannical Pagan Min, the self-proclaimed king of Kyrat, and the Golden Path, a rebel group fighting for freedom.
