Mujib Sotoborso Logo
Mujib Sotoborso, also known as the Mujib Year, was a year-long celebration of the birth centenary of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the founding father of Bangladesh. The celebrations began on March 17, 2021, and ended on December 16, 2022. The Mujib Year was a time to reflect on the life and achievements of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and to reaffirm the nation's commitment to his ideals of democracy, secularism, and social justice. It was also a time to celebrate the progress that Bangladesh has made since its independence in 1971.
