Numonyx was a joint venture between Intel and STMicroelectronics, formed in 2008 to consolidate their respective flash memory operations. This powerhouse of the semiconductor industry quickly became a leader in the field, boasting a comprehensive portfolio of NOR, NAND, and Phase Change memory solutions.
