The Royal Malaysian Police, often abbreviated to RMP or PDRM (Polis Diraja Malaysia), is the primary law enforcement agency in Malaysia. It is a centralized organization with headquarters located at Bukit Aman in Kuala Lumpur. The force is led by an Inspector-General of Police, who is appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the advice of the Prime Minister.
