The Happy Dog Company was formed in 2011 by husband and wife team Ben & Laura. The couple got their first dog (Daisy the Chihuahua) in 2004 and went on to keep two of her pups, Florence & Oreo. Tired of the daily commute to London and increasingly loving his walks with his dogs, Ben decided it was time for a change. With both him and Laura coming from managerial backgrounds, they could see there was a gap in the market for a brilliantly operated pet company that not only provided a wider range of services, but one that genuinely cared for other peoples’ animals as if they were their own.
